We’re always looking for shortcuts when it comes to natural black skin and hair care, however, you’ll want them to be effective without causing damage to your skin and/or hair. Here are a few tips to take into consideration when setting up your beauty regimen.

Tip # 1 – Drink Enough of Water!

Drink enough of water everyday is so important! It is commonly recommended to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day (the 8×8 rule). Although there is little science behind this specific rule, staying hydrated is important.
